Cristian Chiavetta supports the PEFMED partners in carrying out the PEF studies and is in charge of the PEF of wine in Italy.

He works for ENEA since 2013 in the Resource Efficiency Laboratory. He graduated at the Bologna University in Environmental Engineering where he got also his Phd degree. He is an LCA expert and his research activities focus on PEF, Green Public Procurement, eco-labels and Circular Economy.
